Helensburgh Central Apartment - Macaulay Letting

Comfortable but noisy Positive: Property was comfortable and clean , very central , shops near by five minute walk to sea. Negative: Property right next to train line, that close it vibrates living room window less than 3 feet from line , there was no welcome pack , there was no shower gel in dispenser , Handel missing from bedroom door , could also do with fresh paint few scuffs and marks on walls and paint work , rest was very clean though apart from shower bottom of glass rubber seal was very discoloured, also 1 and half budget toilet roll is not enough for four bedroom apartment.

Value for coin. Thanku Positive: Apartment was huge and comfortable. Superb Negative: Surrounding area abit unkept, cupboard through main door full of rubbish. Found ourselves locked in due to stick new lock, had to rely on a neighbour to unlock us when we passed him keys through letter box.

OK but way to expensive for what you get. Positive: The apartment is clean and functional and has plenty of space. Negative: The location is very weird and sketchy - there is just a minimal level of comfort in the rooms and nothing much of kitchen items to use. The value for money is pretty bad.

Positive: Les lits sont vraiment confortables , l'appartement est très grand Le seche linge est vraiment un plus Negative: La zone est pas terrible.Exterieur de l'immeuble n'inspire pas confiance de premier abord. Le train passe vraiment derriere les fenêtres, à partir de 6h du matin. Il manque beaucoup de vaisselle, saladier, verre à vin etc un seul torchon Pas de sèche cheveux cest dommage Une seule glace dans l'appartement Et enfin une table pour manger à 4 pour un appartement aussi grand
